Our candy selection changes based on availability and inventory. Photos on our website are examples of the types of candy you may receive and do not guarantee that every pictured candy or flavor will be included.
For assorted or custom mixes, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate flavor, color, dietary, or candy preferences selected or submitted with your order. However, specific candies cannot be guaranteed unless expressly stated on the product page.
When necessary, an unavailable candy may be replaced with a comparable item.
IMPORTANT ALLERGY NOTICE: Products sold by Spoonful of Candy may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including but not limited to milk, wheat/gluten, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, sesame, and other allergens.
Although certain individual candies may be labeled by their manufacturer as vegan, gluten-free, or otherwise meeting particular dietary preferences, products may be handled, stored, or packaged in an environment where other candies and allergens are also present.
We therefore cannot guarantee that any custom mix or packaged order is completely free from allergens or cross-contact.

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, ingredient information, sizes, and other information. Packaging, colors, flavors, ingredients, and manufacturer formulations may change.
Manufacturer packaging and ingredient labels should be considered the most current source of ingredient and allergen information.
Processing and estimated delivery times shown on our website are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including weather, carrier delays, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other transportation issues.
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address when ordering.
Candy can be sensitive to temperature. During warm weather, chocolate, gummies, or other candies may soften, melt, become sticky, or otherwise change during transportation.
By ordering temperature-sensitive products during warm weather, you acknowledge this risk. Changes caused solely by heat during transit do not necessarily mean that the product is unsafe to consume.
Custom candy mixes are prepared according to the selections and information provided by the customer. Because these products are prepared specifically for an individual order, custom orders generally cannot be returned or exchanged simply because of personal taste or preference.
Specific candy requests remain subject to inventory availability.
The Spoonful of Candy name, branding, original photographs, graphics, website content, product descriptions, and other original materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without permission, except where otherwise permitted by law.
Third-party candy names, trademarks, logos, and packaging remain the property of their respective owners. Spoonful of Candy is not claiming ownership of third-party brands offered for resale.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Spoonful of Candy will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from use of our website or products.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Updates will become effective when the revised terms are posted on our website. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page will identify the latest revision.

Because we sell food products, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or has another problem, please contact Spoonful of Candy promptly after delivery and include your order number and photographs of the product and packaging when applicable.
We will review concerns individually and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.
Orders that have already been prepared, packaged, or shipped generally cannot be canceled or changed.
